Leadership sessions are designed to promote the idea of leading one’s self. Once a person is able to lead themselves, they are better armed with the tools that will allow them to transform the lives of others.
Teamwork
This set of workshops addresses successful endeavors in the team environment. This area includes the sessions “Embracing the Opportunity to Lead” which works with the 7 Simple Steps for Effective Team Leadership and “The Dr. Seuss Guide to Groups” which utilizes childhood games as a source of stress relief and teamwork-oriented education.
Work Success
Achieving optimal success in the work environment requires a great number of skills from any individual person. These work success seminars are centered on the idea of finding ways to succeed in the position that you are in with the resources that you have readily available. Please note that some situations may more easily lend themselves to the teamwork sessions. These topics are geared more towards individual success.
Special Topic
Some life circumstances need special attention. This set of programs is designed with specific audiences and goals in mind.
