Leadership Workship
Leadership sessions are designed to promote the idea of leading one’s self. Once a person is able to lead themselves, they are better armed with the tools that will allow them to transform the lives of others.
Choosing to Lead
Effective leadership is about little more than passionate people making the choice to lead. This workshop focuses on proactive decision making that pushes the individual to see more potential in the situations around them and choose to make a difference.
Everyday Leadership
Leaders are critical at work, at home, and at play. But, genuine leaders have achieved great levels through practice by leading every time they have the opportunity. This workshop focuses on finding the leadership opportunities around you and leading something (even if it is just yourself) every single day.
Failing with Flair
Failing forges fundamental functions forward. By reviewing major historical failures on the largest and smallest levels, participants are able to review how major names in history have dealt with failure. From there, they are able to design their own plan for coping with failure and steps to successfully implement that.
Finding Your Personal Success
Each of us is destined for success. Sometimes it just hides from us. This workshop addresses techniques for finding this individual success. Once people have felt the energy of being successful themselves, the transition into coaching others in the same direction is easy.
Goal Setting
Working with the core values and the 5 rings of personal priorities, this workshop is geared towards setting realistic and effective long and short term personal and professional goals. Participants will set real goals that they will commit to making and will familiarize with the process for reevaluating and resetting goals in the future.
Personal and Individual Leadership
Before we can successfully lead anyone else, we must learn to effectively lead ourselves. From the first 20 minutes of the day until the moment our head hits the pillow, we have the chance to be leading ourselves. This workshop explores how those who truly know how to lead do so for themselves first.
The Leadership Attitude
Strong leaders tend not to dwell on the negative. Loosely framed around the concept of “No Negative Energy,” this workshop explores how important attitude is, as well as how to keep your own attitude positive when those around you consistently try to drain it.
